I have such a hard time choosing my favorite alpha because there are so many great ones. Raphael from Guild Hunter series and Hawke from Psy/Changling series both by Nalini Singh, Acheron from Dark Hunter series, Laurann Dohner New Species series is full of Alphas as well as Lora Leigh's Breed series! These males are so confident and dangerous that you have to both love them and be a little wary of them.

Jason from Nalini Singh's Archangel series. I love him because he may not say I love you but when he does it's not using the words it's his actions that say it. The same goes for Zadist in JR WARDS BDB series.
My all time favorite is Cabal St. Laurents from Lora Leigh's breeds series. He helped Tanner to claim his mate by taking extreme measures and then when it came to his mate he felt that he just could not love at all but it wasn't until something horrible happens that he learns he can not live without his mate...
